Because each MERVANA™ product is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients, all sales are final once opened or used. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on personal care items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopmervana.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

This product comes in a glass dropper bottle to preserve freshness, maintain product integrity, and reduce plastic waste.

Handle with care and avoid using near hard surfaces, tiles, or showers to prevent breakage or injury. If the bottle is dropped or cracks, do not continue using the contents.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to protect the natural oils and botanicals. Because this product contains natural botanicals, slight variations in color or aroma are normal. 
Keep tightly sealed after each use to maintain quality and prevent spills. A 2 oz bottle typically lasts 1–3 months, depending on hair length and frequency of use.Best used within 12 months of opening.

When you’re nearing the end of your bottle, order a MERVANA™ Refill to pour directly into your dropper bottle and continue your ritual sustainably. Always pour refills slowly on a stable surface and wipe away any excess oil before use.
